Today's computer lab lesson is on the correct way to leave a blog comment. We are going to work on adding detail to our responses, answering every part of a post, and remembering our initials at the end of a comment.
Respond to these two questions:
1. What did you do over the weekend? Write a few sentences describing the activities you did, who you did them with (without using names), and how you felt about them.
2. Our theme this week is football. What do you know about football? Write anything you'd like about the topic of football!
1. Whew! This weekend was sure busy. My husband's grandmother and my parents were here visiting us. On Friday we had a great time at the Braves game. The Braves beat the Nationals by one run in the last inning! On Saturday we ate a delicious breakfast at Waffle House and enjoyed walking around at the Suwanee Town Day Festival. I also got to go to a surprise going away party for a friend on Saturday evening. Then, Sunday was a day for relaxation and catching up on some grading. It was great seeing the family and getting to do some fun things. I can't believe it's Monday already!
ReplyDelete2. I love football! I grew up going to South Carolina football games with my family. Both of my brothers played football in high school and college and I even played a little intramural football when I was in college. Now my favorite team is Alabama and I LOVE going to games (or at least watching them on TV). I was very happy this weekend because Alabama crushed Arkansas!
