Mrs. McMahan has two baskets of base-10 blocks.  'Basket A' has 7 flats, 8 rods, and 3 units.  'Basket B' has 7 flats, 6 rods, and 23 units.  Compare 'basket A' to 'basket B' using the symbols, or vocabulary terms, above.
